Hours are Monday, Wednesday and Thursday, 8.00am to 6.30pm. (approx. 30 hours per week)

A lovely mix of baby care and after school support, this role offers the opportunity to care for two bright and engaging children in a warm, busy household.

The children are Miss S (5 years) and Mr A (1 year). Miss S is curious and thoughtful, with a love for books, puzzles and playgrounds. She currently attends kindy three days per week and will begin school from 20 July. Mr A is a happy, inquisitive baby who enjoys music and interaction and will be the primary focus during the day.

The role will involve full care of Mr A during the day, including naps, nappy changes and feeding. In the afternoons, you will collect Miss S from kindy and later school, support the children through their afternoon routine and prepare dinner for them. Additional care will be required for Miss S during school holidays.

The family value play based learning, physical activity and creativity, and are looking for a nanny who can engage the children through books, drawing, outdoor play and age appropriate activities. The children are also exposed to German at home, so a nanny with German language skills would be a bonus, though not essential.

Dad works from home in a home office and Mum may occasionally have work from home days.

The ideal candidate will be experienced with both babies and young children, kind and caring while able to maintain clear boundaries. Someone organised, practical and confident managing the flow of the day will be well suited to this role.
