Hours are Monday to Thursday, 9.00am to 3.00pm (24 hours per week).

This role centres around caring for Mr C, a happy and observant little boy who will be almost 17 months old at the start of the role. He is very aware of the world around him and enjoys music, animals, balls, bubbles and interactive play throughout the day.

The family follow an attachment-focused parenting style and are looking for someone calm, nurturing and engaging who can build a strong and consistent relationship with Mr C over time. They would love a nanny who enjoys getting involved in play, conversation, books, singing, sensory activities and outdoor walks throughout the day.

The role will involve full care during working hours including nappy changes, meal preparation, supporting his lunchtime nap routine and creating age-appropriate play and learning opportunities within a calm home environment. The family value kindness, communication and respect within the household and are hoping to find someone who naturally aligns with this approach.
Both parents work in IT and mum will be a working from home. The family also have a small elderly dog and a rainbow lorikeet, both of whom are well loved parts of the household.

This position will suit someone friendly, creative and emotionally attuned who genuinely enjoys this age group and understands the importance of connection, routine and learning through play.
