I am a highly motivated professional with a passion for play-based learning and fostering a love of exploration. After traveling extensively abroad, I returned to Aotearoa, where I gained valuable experience in a handful of centres across Auckland. A fully registered kaiako, who has taught and encouraged positive outcomes in children of various ages for over ten years.
I have a strong affiliation with and respect for Tikanga Māori, being born and raised in Aotearoa. Whanaungatanga (making connections) is essential to my practice. A commitment to open, respectful and honest communication is how this can be achieved. Fostering a culture of safety, warmth, and inclusion is my highest priority!
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with whānau and being outside in nature.
