Recruitment
At Red Robin Nanny Agency, we believe that a great placement starts with a thoughtful and professional recruitment process. We are passionate about creating powerful partnerships between families and educators by investing time and care at every stage.
We offer two recruitment pathways to suit your family’s needs:
- Little Robins Programme (ages 5 and under) – a Ministry of Education-aligned, home-based education service
- General Placements (all ages) – a flexible, family-led recruitment option
Whichever pathway you choose, our team is committed to finding the right fit for your family while prioritising safety, suitability and long-term success.
Little Robins Programme (MOE-Aligned Recruitment)
For families joining Little Robins, all educators must meet Ministry of Education requirements and complete our comprehensive 7-step safety checking process:

- Qualification and credential verification (including first aid certifications)

General Placements (Flexible Recruitment)
For families using our General Placement service, we offer a more flexible approach. This allows you to choose the level of qualification, experience and care that best suits your family.
While candidates may not be required to meet Ministry of Education programme criteria, we still prioritise safety and suitability.
