Lauren is a fully qualified Early Childhood Teacher with a Bachelor of Education and a Postgraduate Diploma in Guidance Counseling.She has over 10 years experience working with children and leading teams in daycare and has also worked in home based care as a nanny.

Lauren joined Red Robin in 2017 as a Visiting Teacher and is currently our Education Manager and Parent Coach. She has worked as a Toolbox Parent Course Facilitator, equipping whanau with practical strategies to navigate their parenting journey and is passionate about mentoring and coaching individuals to realize their strengths, achieve their goals and harness their potential.

Lauren is a Mum of one teenage girl and enjoys quality time with her family and pets, reading, home organisation and being out in nature during her spare time.
